This marks a significant improvement from the previous month's median of 64 days. Approximately 320 new homes were listed in March, showing a 10.1% decline from the 356 new listings in March 2023.

Across the United States, the typical cost of a home stood at $424,900, showing a slight uptick from the previous month. On average, homes listed for sale measured 1,826 square feet, priced at approximately $228 per square foot. The median home list price utilized in this analysis denotes the middle point of all properties listed during the specified timeframe. According to experts, this median figure offers a more precise depiction of market trends compared to the average list price, which could be influenced by outliers—exceptionally high or low prices.
